In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Power Rogers, LLP is proud to show our support by turning our firm’s logo pink for the month of October!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an annual campaign that raises awareness about the disease and the importance of education, screening, and life-changing research.

Fast facts about breast cancer:

  • More than 250,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year in the U.S., and roughly 42,000 die from the disease.
  • Men can also get breast cancer, though it is not very common. Approximately 1 in 100 breast cancer diagnoses in the U.S. are found in men.
  • Breast cancer is primarily diagnosed in women 50 years of age or older, but it can affect women and men of all ages.
  • While there is no cure for breast cancer, screening can make it easier to detect and treat breast cancer in its early stages.
