Bus crash on Stevenson Expressway leaves one person dead and five injured. Power Rogers is currently investigating the case.
At 7 a.m. on December 28, a bus traveling from Omaha, Nebraska to Chicago was involved in an accident. The crash took place on the I-55 on the Stevenson Expressway Monday morning. One passenger was killed and five others were injured. NBC 5 Chicago reports that the bus allegedly lost control and crashed into a sign.
Of the five injured victims, three people were taken to Saint Anthony Hospital, while the other two individuals were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital. Chicago Fire Department Chief Juan Hernandez reported that another 48 people declined medical attention.

We offer our condolences to her family and friends during these difficult times. Burlington Trailways is also making sure the passengers who were injured receive prompt medical care.
