About Us
What began as a chance encounter between two people from different backgrounds grew into a lasting friendship, partnership and legacy rooted in Chicago and dedicated to fighting for justice and protecting families and communities across Chicago and its surrounding neighborhoods.
Before Joseph A. Power Jr. and Larry R. Rogers Sr. became two of the most influential attorneys in Illinois, they met under unlikely circumstances at a gas station in Chicago, where Rogers worked to support his family and Power regularly stopped in for help with his beat-up car.
The two quickly formed a friendship, and Power encouraged Rogers to return to law school and join him in the legal profession. As their careers flourished, so did their influence on the legal landscape and the generations of attorneys who followed.
Fighting for justice,
fighting for change.
At Power Rogers, each of our lawyers is competent, zealous, and determined to help the ‘little guy’ get the compensation they deserve, even against the most challenging opponents. We will not only do our best to secure you the best possible outcome, but also ensure you are well-informed and respected, every step of the way.
