Michael D. Ditore is a Partner at Power Rogers, LLP with more than a decade of experience representing individuals harmed by others, with a particular focus on representing individuals and families in high-stakes personal injury litigation. He has recovered more than $125 million in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, including multiple seven- and eight-figure results as lead counsel in recent years.
His experience includes a significant role in the preparation and trial of a $42.4 million medical malpractice verdict and successful appeal, a $10.5 million wrongful death verdict, a $10 million settlement, and multiple seven figure recoveries including record wrongful death recoveries in both Kane and McLean Counties. He has acted as lead attorney on multiple significant trials. Mr. Ditore focuses his practice on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury cases.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Ditore served as an Assistant State’s Attorney, where he litigated more than 500 cases, including felony jury trials.
