A qualified, fair and impartial judiciary is essential to our democracy and to ensuring justice for our citizens. We thank The Alliance of Bar Associations for Judicial Screening (Alliance), which evaluates judicial performance by conducting an investigation as well as interviews of candidates, for their hard work in developing their judicial ratings.
The Alliance includes 12 legal associations which work collaboratively, but publish independent results recommending whether a candidate is qualified to be, or remain, a judge. In fact, members of our firm take part in the judicial screening and evaluations process and can attest to the hard work it takes to develop these judicial ratings.
Below is a link to the judicial ratings for the November 3rd election. We encourage you to reference these ratings as you complete your ballot. In addition, due to the limitations caused by COVID, early voting and vote by mail are encouraged.
