Attorney Devon Bruce has filed a complaint on behalf of two teenage girls who were seriously injured after being hit by a large commercial truck in Rockford, Illinois. Bruce, who has obtained a number of significant multimillion dollar recoveries for victims of trucking negligence, alleges that the nationwide trucking company’s truck driver disobeyed traffic control devices, which resulted in the collision with the girls’ car in a controlled intersection.
After emergency responders pried the young women from the car, both were transported to a local hospital where they remained in critical condition.
