Power Rogers

70 West Madison Street

Suite 5500

Chicago, IL 60602

Our Building: Three First National Plaza

Power Rogers is located inside Three First National Plaza. Construction on this building concluded in 1981. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, an architectural and engineering firm originally formed in Chicago in 1936. The firm is responsible for a number of other Chicago-area buildings, such as River North Point on North Orleans St, One North Franklin on North Franklin St, and Four40 on South LaSalle St.

  • Three First National Plaza is strategically located in the heart of the Windy City’s business and financial community. Art aficionados and novices alike will appreciate Henry Moore’s sculpture “Large Upright Internal/External Form” featured in the building’s nine-story glass atrium.
  • You can pick Three First National Plaza out of the lineup of skyscrapers checkering Chicago’s skyline by looking in between Chase Tower and Mid-Continental Plaza. Don’t be intimidated by the 57-story Carnelian granite and tinted glass exterior. Power Rogers’s office is just a ride up the elevator to the 55th Floor.
  • If you have some time before or after your visit to our office, you may be interested in visiting the Daley Center, the location of Chicago’s most famous work of art, the Chicago Picasso. Getting there is just a three-minute walk from our building. Head west on W Madison Street toward North Clark Street, turn right at the 2nd cross street onto North LaSalle Street, then make one last right turn onto West Washington Street.

Our Neighborhood: The Loop

Power Rogers’s office is located in the Chicago Loop neighborhood along with Chicago City Hall and the seat of Cook County. Bordering The Loop on the north and west sides is the Chicago River. Due east is Lake Michigan. Travel south and you’ll begin to hit Chicago’s South Loop around Roosevelt Road. If you’re looking for something to do in the vicinity of our office on West Madison Street, there are a number of other attractions in Chicago’s Loop, such as Grant Park, State Street shopping, and the Art Institute of Chicago.
